These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ManhuaFlix mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by HB Hammad Dyar ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Description of Service

ManhuaFlix is a mobile application that provides:

• Video explanations and summaries of popular manhua titles
• An RPG-style profile system with XP, stats, and ranks
• Watch history tracking and favorites management
• Push notifications for new content (optional)
• Creator channel subscriptions

The Service is available for free download. Some features require a Google account sign-in. Users who do not sign in may access limited functionality.

3. User Accounts

If you choose to sign in using your Google account:

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ManhuaFlix only for lawful purposes. You must NOT:

• Use the app to distribute, upload, or share any illegal or copyrighted content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users of the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service to distribute malware or harmful code

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the ManhuaFlix app — including the app design, logo, interface, and original features — is the intellectual property of HB Hammad Dyar unless otherwise stated.

Video content hosted on the platform is provided by third-party creators. ManhuaFlix does not claim ownership over manhua titles, characters, or stories. All manhua-related intellectual property belongs to their respective creators and publishers.

6. Third-Party Content & Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

7. Advertisements

ManhuaFlix may display advertisements, including rewarded video ads through Google AdMob. By using the Service, you consent to the display of such advertisements. Ad content is governed by Google's advertising policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always up to date.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HB Hammad Dyar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app.
